Firmware

Parallel to our technical innovation we are continuously improving our firmware. New versions available for download free of charge. We recommend that you regularly check for updates and make use of the latest available version. For a description of new features or for help updating your system please speak to your local agent or contact us directly at support@nanotechnik.com.

Hardware versions: NC2 & NC3 v 4.31; NC4 v 1.03.

• Connect the NanoControl to your PC using a null-modem (RS232) cable or USB cable, depending on the version you have.
• Download and run the setup file using the link above.
• Start the NanoControl Update Tool from your Windows start menu.
• Click the folder button and select the firmware file (ends in .h20 or .mot).
• Click the start button to begin the update.
