Tilt & Rotation Stage

This compact tilt and rotation stage is designed to fit inside the Phenom's sample holder. The tilt axis can be manually limited to +/- 3 deg.

Application example: 3D imaging.

• Tilt through +90 deg and –3 deg
• Optional limit to +3 deg and –3deg
• Rotation through 360 deg
• Resolution: < 4 x 10^–7 deg (6.5 x 10^–9 rad)
