Training and service

Training and applications support is a large part of our commitment. We offer global services from our head office to help ensure that our customers get the most out of their instruments. In most areas local support and dedicated service engineers are also available through our distribution partners.

The warranty period for all products is 12 months after shipment date from the manufacturing premises. Products which fail during the warranty period due to shortcomings caused by faulty materials, components or workmanship, can be returned to us at no cost. These products will be replaced or repaired, where possible within one week.

Obtaining training, service or repairs

To obtain service under your product warranty or for a service quotation outside of the warranty period, please contact your local distributor or agent from which you purchased your system or contact us directly.

Please have the following information available:

  • Date of purchase
  • Serial numbers of the components concerned
  • NanoControl firmware version in use
  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Description of your application
